AYER — The Honorable Judge Michael Brooks presided over the Nov. 12 session of the Massachusetts District Court, Ayer Division with the disposition of the following Dockets:

Arraignments

Dunstable

William A. Tomassetti: Operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, uninsured motor vehicle, no inspection or sticker, continued to Jan. 14 for pretrial hearing.

Mark J. Vurgaropulos: Receiving stolen property over $250, continued to Jan. 14 for pretrial hearing, $108 held as potential evidence.

Pepperell

Shayna Clement: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, speeding, dismissed on payment of $200.

Townsend

Adam Michael Dombrowski: Class D drug possession, continued without a finding for three months with a $21 per month probation fee, charged a $50 victim witness fee, ordered to attend and complete a treatment program.

Spiro Trachanas: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, speeding in violation of a special regulation, sentenced to 60 days in the house of corrections, sentence suspended for six months of probation, charged a $50 victim witness fee.

Pretrial Hearings

Groton

Tiffany A. Dias: Operating under the influence, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, continued without a finding for one year of probation with a $65 per month probation fee, charged $600 in fines and fees, ordered to attend and complete a 24D alcohol education program and brains at risk program, 210 day loss of license; class D drug possession, continued to Jan. 9 for motions and Jan. 13 for trial.

Pepperell

Kristine M. June: Negligent operation of a motor vehicle, reckless endangerment of a child, leaving the scene of property damage, hearing continued to Jan. 28.

Townsend

Glenn F. Chaple: Entering at night for a felony with a person in fear, vandalizing property, disturbing the peace, breaking and entering during the nighttime for a felony, hearing continued to Dec. 18.

Christopher P. Robinson: Breaking into a motor vehicle, larceny over $250, larceny under $250, continued without a finding for one year of probation with a $65 per month probation fee, charged a $50 victim witness fee, ordered to consume no drugs or alcohol and submit to random screenings, restitution hearing set for Dec. 16.
