ARRAIGNMENTS

Ayer

Tina Deluca: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, uninsured motor vehicle; dismissed on payment of $400.

Solange B. Gomes: Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, motor vehicle lights violation; charged $150 in fines.

John R. Joyce: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, speeding; dismissed on payment of $200.

Manuel E. Pacheco: Two counts of assault and battery, disorderly conduct; continued to July 23 for pretrial hearing, ordered not to abuse the victims as a condition of release.

Mark A. Raymos: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, speeding; continued to July 23 for pretrial hearing.

Groton

Matthew Greene: Operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked as a habitual traffic offender, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, uninsured motor vehicle, no inspection or sticker, tire tread depth violation; continued to July 23 for pretrial hearing.

James A. Hard: Number plate violation to conceal ID, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle; dismissed on payment of $400.

George P. Arndt: Larceny from a person, two counts of assault and battery; continued to Aug. 22 for motions and Sept. 30 for trial.

Jeffrey J. Boczenowski: Operating under the influence, class E drug possession, marked lanes violation; continued without a finding for one year of probation with a $65 per month probation fee, charged $600 in fines and fees, ordered to attend and complete the 24D and Brains at Risk programs as conditions of probation.

Thomas C. Connelly: Class D drug possession; continued without a finding for six months of probation with a $21 per month probation fee, charged a $50 victim witness fee.

James C. Gaetz: Operating under the influence (fourth offense), possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle; continued to Aug. 20 for pretrial and status hearings.

Shirley

Christopher M. Metcalf: Assault and battery; hearing continued to July 24.

Bounleng Seneth: Five counts of false statements to obtain a credit card, five counts of receiving stolen property over $250, five counts of identity fraud; hearing continued to July 30.

Shannon D. Turner: Disorderly conduct, open and gross lewdness; hearing continued to July 23.

Townsend

Steven A. Lemasurier: Receiving stolen property under $250, uninsured motor vehicle, number plate violation to conceal ID, unregistered motor vehicle; found guilty, sentenced to 30 days in the house of corrections, suspended for six months of probation with a $21 per month probation fee, charged $300 in fines and fees.

Shawn R. Maguire (probation violation hearing): Operating under the influence, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, speeding in violation of a special regulation, state highway traffic violation; hearing continued to Sept. 24.

Pepperell

Darci M. Newcomb (probation violation hearing): Wanton destruction of property; found in violation, probation extended to Sept. 26, ordered to live at home, attend AA daily and submit to random drug screenings as conditions of probation.

Shirley

Shawn R. Maguire (probation violation hearing): Inhaling glue or a toxic substance; hearing continued to Sept. 24.

Michael A. Mayo (probation violation hearing): Assault and battery, disorderly conduct; hearing continued to Sept. 4.
