HARVARD — Selectmen Peter Warren asked voters to “take no action” on two articles at the Special Town Meeting.

The first article is for upgrading the electrical service at the recycling center for an undisclosed amount. The second is for $25,000 to replace the heating system at the Department of Public Works.

The money was supposed to come from the stabilization fund, but Warren said it was found in the existing budget.
