Arrests

Monday, April 21: Wilson Rojas, 37, of Lowell, charged with operating a motor vehicle to endanger, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving.

Tuesday, April 22: Shannon D. Turner, 44, of Shirley, charged with disorderly conduct, and open and gross lewdness.

Wednesday, April 23: Jason Alan Champagne, 23, of Shirley, charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operation of an unregistered motor vehicle.

Thursday, April 24: Debra L. Seager, 48, of Shirley, charged with violation of an abuse prevention order.
