The following is a list of the latest winners in the Fourth of July Committee’s calendar raffle drawing. The raffle is a fund-raiser for this year’s Fourth of July festivities.

Effective May 1 through Oct. 1, outdoor watering is restricted to even numbered days of the month for even numbered addresses and odd numbered days for odd numbered addresses. Violators are subject to a fine.
Should conditions require, the Board of Public Works may declare a water emergency and ban all outdoor watering.
The Pepperell Water Division has implemented a new billing tier structure which will significantly increase water bills for those customers whose water use is excessive.

Hampton Beach trip: 10 a.m. departure, Pepperell Senior Center; Trip includes a scenic coastal drive past the estates in Rye, N.H., a walk along the beach and lunch (on your own) at Brown’s Lobster Pound.
