AYER — The Honorable Judge Michael Brooks presided over the April 30 session of the Massachusetts District Court, Ayer Division, with the disposition of the following docket:

ARRAIGNMENTS

Ayer

Guy Donell: Assault and battery; continued to June 6 for pretrial hearing, ordered to stay away from the victim as a condition of release.

Shirley

Bounleng Seneth: Five counts of making a false statement to obtain a credit card, five counts of receiving stolen property over $250, five counts of identity fraud; continued to May 28 for pretrial hearing.

Townsend

Joshua S. Bradbury: Operating under the influence (third offense), negligently operating under the influence resulting in serious injury, marked lanes violation; continued to May 30 for discovery motions.

Daniel M. Sharpe: Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to wear seat belt, motor vehicle lights violation; continued to May 28 for pretrial hearing.

Kevin D. Chartier: Negligent operation of a motor vehicle; dismissed on payment of $500.

Joseph Vlahos: Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding in violation of a special regulation; charged a $150 civil assessment.

Ayer

Seth M. Amburgey: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, no inspection or sticker; continued without a finding for one year of probation with a $21 per month probation fee, charged a $50 victim witness fee.

Tatiana Freitas: Two counts of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, speeding in violation of a special regulation; dismissed on payment of $400.

Wendy J. Healy: Class D drug possession, speeding; continued without a finding for six months of probation with a $21 per month probation fee, charged a $50 victim witness fee.

Sean P. Mihalovich: Larceny from a person, assault and battery; continued to July 7 for trial; assault and battery, hearing continued to July 7.

Nathan J. Simers: Larceny over $250, found guilty; sentenced to one year of probation, charged a $50 victim witness fee, ordered to continue treatment program and enter drug court.

James T. MacDonald: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; hearing continued to May 4 for status.

Kenneth Reddin: Assault and battery; continued to June 30 for trial.

Brandon Rossetti: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; continued without a finding for one year of probation with a $21 per month probation fee, charged a $50 victim witness fee.

Groton

Lisa M. Bica: Uttering a false check, forgery of an order for money, two counts of larceny over $250; hearing continued to May 30.

Jay R. Oberman: Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery; hearing continued to May 28.

Ryan Coutu: Negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation; continued without a finding for six months of probation with a $21 per month probation fee, charged a $50 victim witness fee, charged a $200 head injury assessment fee.

Michael L. Fei: Class D drug possession; continued to May 30 for motions and June 10 for trial.

Daniel P.
