AYER — The Honorable Judge Paul McGill presided over the March 26 session of the Massachusetts District Court, Ayer Division, with the disposition of the following docket:

ARRAIGNMENTS

Ayer

Donald S. Reid: Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, no inspection or sticker; found responsible, charged $150 in fines.

Gladys Wachira: Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop or yield; charged $200 in fines.

Pepperell

Jennifer K. Leger: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), number plate violation to conceal ID, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle; new summons issued for May 2.

Anthony S. Nobrega: Use of a motor vehicle without authority; continued without a finding for one year of probation with a $65 per month probation fee, charged a $50 victim witness fee, must attend three AA meetings, ordered not to use alcohol and submit to random screenings.

Townsend

Kathleen Larochelle: Uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, no inspection or sticker; defaulted, warrant issued, bail set at $250.

Ayer

Raul Feliciano: Sex offender failure to register; hearing continued to April 9.

Devens

David H. Garrant: Operating under the influence; continued without a finding for one year of probation with a $65 per month probation fee, charged $600 in fines and fees, 45-day loss of license, must attend and complete a substance abuse evaluation, a 24D program and Brains at Risk program.

Dunstable

Karl W. Jelenic: Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon; found guilty, sentenced to 20 days in the house of corrections, charged a $90 victim witness fee; assault and battery, null processed; cruelty to animals, dismissed on payment of restitution to be determined on June 10; violating an abuse prevention order, annoying telephone calls, found guilty charged $675 in fines and fees.

Candida Mariela Reynoso: Operating under the influence, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle; continued to June 17 for trial.

Groton

Mathew G. Rainville: Operating under the influence (second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of personal injury, speeding, no inspection or sticker; continued to May 20 for trial.

Pepperell

Debra J. Ekberg: Operating a motor vehicle with license revoked as a habitual traffic offender, uninsured motor vehicle, motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self, motor vehicle lights violation; continued to May 16 for motions and June 23 for trial.

Kyle Z. Ezzio: Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery; continued to May 27 for trial.

Karl W. Jelenic: Assault and battery, continued to June 10 for trial.

Townsend

Hope A. Cleveland: Operating under the influence (third offense), speeding, marked lanes violation; continued to April 25 for habeas corpus.

Raul Feliciano: Sex offender failure to register (subsequent offense), class E drug possession; hearing continued to April 9.
