GROTON — The seventh annual “Taste of Nashoba Valley,” sponsored by the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce, will be held on Tuesday, March 25 from 5:30-8 p.m. at Lawrence Academy’s Stone Athletic Center in Groton.

Representatives from the area’s finest restaurants, caterers, gourmet and ethnic markets, wineries, brew houses and local purveyors of fine liquors will once again offer delicious samples of food and beverages. Taste attendees will vote for the “People’s Choice” award, giving guests the final say as to who is “Best in the Nashoba Valley.” The cost of the event is $17 in advance and for seniors (age 62 and over) and $20 at the door.

For the third year in a row, the Nashoba Valley Chamber will be partnering with local nonprofit agencies, offering selected groups the opportunity to sell tickets to the event while raising funds for their organization. Some of the groups that have already agreed to partner with the chamber include Parker Essential Fund, Groton-Dunstable Booster Club, Ayer Business Council, Roudenbush Community Center, Friends of the Reuben Hoar Library, Groton Woman’s Club, Groton Fire Department and Ayer Fire Department.

Organizations interested in partnering with the Nashoba Valley Chamber or for more information are asked to contact Nashoba Valley Chamber Executive Director Melissa Fetterhoff at (978) 772-6976.
