P.M. 4:35, Spring Hill Road, 911 misdial; 7:24, medical call; 9:47, Main Street, disabled motor vehicle; 11:28, Turnpike Road, motor vehicle complaint.

Tuesday, Dec. 25

A.M. 4:46, Main Street, noise complaint; 7:21, Deer Bay Road, investigation, falsely reported incident.

P.M. 7:57, Greenville Road, erratic operation; 9:32, New Ipswich Road, domestic A&B, arrest.

Wednesday, Dec. 26

A.M. 12:00, Main Street, breaking and entering, arrest.

P.M. 2:01, New Ipswich Road, disabled motor vehicle; 6:00, Main Street, motor vehicle accident with deer; 6:16, Main Street, motor vehicle violation and drug investigation; 7:10, Fort Hill Road, suspicious activity; 10:52, Heywood Road, domestic.

Arrests

Tuesday, Dec. 25: Gerardo M. Varela-Bude,19, of Fitchburg; arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery by Patrolman Derek Pepple.

Wednesday, Dec. 26: Matthew J. Comeau, 26, of Fitchburg; arrested on charges of breaking and entering, wanton destruction of property and disturbing the peace. The arrest was made by Patrolman Fred Alden.

Thursday, Dec. 27: Nicholas R. Belsky, 32, of Northpoint, Fla.; arrested on a warrant for operating after suspension by Patrolman Derek Pepple.
