Arraignments

Ashby

Martha J. Nietupski: Assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace; continued to Jan. 30 for pretrial hearing.

Stephen J. Delaney: Larceny over $250; arraignment continued to Jan. 30.

Pepperell

Jose Curet: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; continued to Jan. 30 for pretrial hearing.

Andrew S. Hall: Malicious destruction of property over $250; new summons issued for Jan. 11.

Ramon S. Hill: Operating under the influence; continued without a finding for one year of probation with a $65 per month probation fee, charged $600 in fines and fees, 45-day loss of license, must attend and complete the 24D, 14-day and Brains at Risk programs.

Ronald Theriault: Operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for operating under the influence, speeding in violation of a special regulation, marked lanes violation, failure to stop or yield; hearing continued to Jan. 25.

Stephen D. Clement: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, motor vehicle lights violation; hearing continued to Jan. 30.

Operating under the influence (second offense), class D drug possession, marked lanes violation, motor vehicle lights violation; found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in the house of corrections, sentence suspended for two years of probation with a $65 per month probation fee, charged $600 in fines and fees, two-year loss of license, must attend a 14-day in-patient program and attend at least one meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous per week.

Alex Jeanty: Two counts of assault and battery on a public employee; continued to Jan. 4 for motions.

John Paul Ciccone: Class D drug possession to distribute; continued without a finding for two years of probation with a $65 per month probation fee, charged a $50 victim witness fee, must submit to a drug evaluation and comply with findings, refrain from using drugs and submit to random drug tests.

Jeffrey Goddard: Violating an abuse prevention order, intimidating a witness, assault; hearing continued to Jan. 9.
