AYER — The Honorable Judge David Cunis presided over the Oct. 10 session of the Massachusetts District Court, Ayer Division, with the disposition of the following docket:

Pretrial Hearings


Gilbert Fernandes: Violating an abuse prevention order; continued to Nov. 6 for trial.


Jamal Coleman: Operating under the influence, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding; hearing continued to Nov. 2.

Michael P. McLaughlin: Assault and battery; continued to Dec. 3 for trial.


William M. McKenna: Breaking and entering a building in the nighttime for a felony, larceny from a building, wanton destruction of property over $250, three counts of larceny over $250; found guilty, sentenced to 18 months in the house of corrections.


Aaron C. Arsenault: Accosting or annoying someone of the opposite sex, criminal harassment; hearing continued to Oct. 31.

Sara Ann Borgomastro: Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct; hearing continued to Oct. 31.

Other Hearings


Kevin R. McFetridge: (previously continued without a finding) operating under the influence, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, marked lanes violation; found in violation of probation, ordered to attend 14-day in-patient program, probation extended to Feb. 29, 2008.

William M. McKenna: Probation violation hearing; Disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest; found in violation, sentenced to 30 days in the house of corrections to run concurrent with current sentence.

David M. Murphy: Probation violation hearing; Forgery of a check, uttering a false check, larceny by check over $250, uninsured motor vehicle, number plate violation to conceal ID, unregistered motor vehicle; continued to April 4, 2008 for further hearing and review of restitution status, ordered to visit court every week to make restitution payments.

Lisa Ann Murphy: Probation violation hearing; Larceny by check over $250; defaulted, warrant held until Oct. 15.


Scott E. Spaulding: Probation violation hearing; Six counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over; hearing continued to Nov. 7 to pay $300 in fees.


Lisa Ann Murphy: Probation violation hearing; Identity fraud; defaulted, warrant held until Oct. 15.
