AYER — Nashoba Valley Medical Center has announced the appointment of BettyAnn Carpenter, RN, MSN, as Acute Care Unit nurse manager. Carpenter joins NVMC after having served as tertiary care leader for the Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit at the Leahy Clinic in Burlington. She is a resident of Tyngsboro.

“I am pleased to welcome BettyAnn as a member of the management team at Nashoba Valley Medical Center,” said director of nursing Pat Maguire. “She has a broad base of knowledge with many years of clinical and management experience in ambulatory and in-patient care. Of particular note is her expertise in care of telemetry and medical-surgical patients. BettyAnn will help us to continue to establish evidence-based best practices, improve flow and provide our patients with a positive inpatient experience.”
