Arraignments

Ayer

Jody M. Bibik: Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery; continued to June 27 for pretrial hearing, ordered not to abuse the victim as a condition of release.

Roni O. Bitencourt: Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation; dismissed on payment of $100.

Michelle Cramm: Larceny over $250 by a single scheme; continued to June 27 for pretrial hearing.

Cheryl A. Miller-Storozuk: Operating under the influence (second offense); continued to June 6 for pretrial hearing.

Dunstable

Krystal Mack: Uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, missing a registration sticker; dismissed on payment of $400.

Shirley

Francismar D. Rodrigues: Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding; dismissed on payment of $100.

Pretrial Hearings

Sheila L. Graham: Class E drug possession, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace; continued to June 29 for motions and Aug. 14 for trial.

Edward H. Howard: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, license not in possession, miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation; continued without a finding for six months of probation, charged $170 in fees.

Luis R. Maldonado: Leaving the scene of property damage, two counts of tire tread depth violations; hearing continued to June 1.

Cheryl A. Miller-Storozuk: Operating under the influence (replaced with new offense), marked lanes violation; hearing continued to June 6.

Rodney J. Sully: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), failure to stop or yield; continued July 27 for motions and Aug. 21 for trial.

Dunstable

Alana J. Acquaviva: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, license not in possession; continued without a finding for six months of probation with a $21 per month probation fee, charged a $50 victim witness fee.

Harvey Zachary Flagg: Malicious destruction of property under $250 (dismissed), trespassing with a motor vehicle, improper operation of a motor vehicle; charged $250.

Kurt A. Johnson: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, number plate violation to conceal ID, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle; sentenced to 60 days in the house of corrections, suspended for one year of probation with a $21 per month probation fee, charged a $50 victim witness fee.

Christopher M. Miller, 19: Operating under the influence, two counts of leaving the scene of property damage, failure to drive in right lane; continued without a finding for one year of probation with a $65 per month probation fee, charged $600 in fees, must attend and complete the Brains-at-Risk and 24D programs, ordered to consume no alcohol and submit to random testing.

Groton

Ryan C. St. George: Assault and battery; continued to July 20 for motions and Aug. 14 for trial.

Pepperell

Kermit Johnson: Assault and battery (dismissed on assertion of marital privilege), assault; continued to June 19 for trial.

Joan K. Kimball: Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon; hearing continued to June 6.

Edward J. Fitzgerald: Distributing obscene matter; hearing continued to June 29.

Michael J. Mercier: Operating under the influence, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; hearing continued to July 25.

Andrew G. Thoresen: Assault and battery; continued to June 27 for trial.

Townsend

Sean T. Chetson: Operating under the influence, marked lanes violation; continued without a finding for one year of probation with a $65 per month probation fee, must attend and complete a 24D program, 45-day loss of license, charged $600 in fees.

Deric Granberg: Operating under the influence (third offense), class D drug possession, speeding, marked lanes violation, state highway traffic violation; continued to July 7 for motions and July 30 for trial.
