“Recognizing and Managing

Anger in the Workplace”

Nashoba Valley Medical Center

Anger in the workplace and dealing with conflict can be a daily experience for many workers. Coping with angry people can drain morale and productivity. This program will provide information about how to recognize anger and how to manage it effectively. Tips on how to prevent workplace violence will also be discussed.

The presentation will be given by Ellen Sparrow, who holds a master’s degree in social work and is a licensed independent clinical social worker at Nashoba Valley Medical Center. Seating is limited so call Rosanna at (978) 784-9204 to reserve.
