HARVARD — The town caucus to nominate candidates for election to town offices will be held Feb. 3, at 7 p.m., in the Town Hall Meeting Room. The two people receiving the highest number of votes for each opening will be nominated by the caucus.

You don’t need to be present at the caucus to be nominated for a position, however, you must sign the caucus certificate of nomination by Feb. 13, at 5 p.m., in the town clerk’s office for your name to appear on the ballot.

You may also run for office by taking out nomination papers. They’re available in the town clerk’s office. The papers must be filed with the clerk by Feb. 13 at 5 p.m. The certified signatures of 29 registered voters are required to place the candidate on the ballot for town elections.

The positions to be filled at the April 3 Annual Town Election are:

* Moderator: one position for one year.

* Board of Selectmen: two positions for three years.

* Cemetery Commission: one position for three years.

* Community Preservation Committee: one position for three years.

* Board of Health: one position for three years.

* Board of Health: one position for one year.

* Housing Authority: one position for five years.

* Housing Authority: one position for three years.

* Library trustees: two positions for three years.

* Park and Recreation Commission: one position for three years.

* Planning Board: one position for three years.

* School Committee: one position for three years.

* Tree Warden: one position for one year.

* Warner Free Lecture Society trustees: two positions for three years.

* Water Commission: one position for three years.
