Tuesday, Jan. 9

A.M. 12:01, Fitchburg Road, suspicious activity; 2:40, Littleton Road, suspicious activity; 6:17, vehicle accident at the corner of Park and Main Streets; 8:14, 8:17, 8:43, 8:47, 8:49, Park Street, traffic citations; 10:27, West Main Street, traffic stop ending in an arrest.

P.M. 1:23, Samantha Lane, suspicious activity; 1:34, Sandy Pond Road, traffic citation; 1:44, fraud reported at the Catania Spagna Corporation. A check forged from the company’s account was cashed in California for $81,000. Police are investigating, but the case may be referred to federal authorities; 2:06, Sandy Pond Road, traffic citation; 4:43, Main Street, traffic citation; 5:30, Columbia Street, suspicious activity.

Wednesday, Jan. 10

A.M. 8:18, 8:43, Washington Street, traffic citation.

P.M. 12:25, Westford Road, annoying phone calls reported at the Shanklin Corporation. An employee was harassed and was threatened with bodily harm by an ex-boyfriend who used to be a co-worker. Police are seeking a criminal complaint against the caller; 12:26, Willard Court, suspicious activity; 1:05, Pleasant Street, assisted citizen; 2:07, Sandy Pond Road, accident reported at McDonald’s, the drive-through overhang was hit by a truck; 3:52, Pleasant Street, suspicious activity; 6:43, High Street, assisted citizen; 7:11, Carlton Circle, general services.

Thursday, Jan. 11

A.M. 12:02, Sandy Pond Road, suspicious activity; 4:39, Westford Road, burglar alarm; 7:37, East Main Street, motor vehicle egged. There was no permanent damage to the car, victim said it was the second time this incident had occurred, so it was reported it to the police; 11:23, Pleasant Street, parking citation.

P.M. 12:56, 12:58, 1:03, 1:04, Main Street, parking citations; 5:34, Washington Street, burglar alarm at the Page Hilltop School.

Friday, Jan. 12

A.M. 12:16, Grosvenor Street, parking citation; 2:52, Myrick Street, disturbance; 3:39, Littleton Road, traffic stop ending with an OUI arrest; 4:02, Main Street, suspicious activity at the Ayer Town Hall; 4:55, Washington Street, parking citation; 4:58, Traffic stop ending in an OUI arrest; 5:12, Depot Square, suspicious activity; 7:00, East Main Street, family disturbance; 7:36, Atherton Street, truck broken into, but the alarm went off and nothing was stolen; 9:57, Mark Street, An alleged case of animal cruelty on a dog reported. The dog reportedly had open sores, barely any fur and extremely long claws. The case was referred to the MSPCA.

Saturday, Jan. 13

A.M. 12:27, West Main Street, traffic citation; 12:35, Littleton Road, traffic citation; 7:00, Myrick Street, disturbance involving an ex-boyfriend making unwanted calls. Police said the incident was ongoing and the ex-boyfriend was told not to return.

A.M. 12:03, West Main Street, suspicious activity at the Devens Plaza; 12:26, Littleton Road, traffic citation; 12:40, Littleton Road, suspicious activity at Gervais Ford; 2:11, Littleton Road, traffic stop ending with an OUI arrest.

P.M. 2:01, Fitchburg Road, assisted citizen; 6:46, Groton School Road, burglary at the Zodiac Development. A man returned home after being away a couple weeks to find her apartment had been broken into and $1,500 worth of merchandise stolen including a TV, Playstation 2 and approximately 100 games. Police reported the door was forced.

Monday, Jan. 15

A.M. 12:30, Fitchburg Road, suspicious activity at David Ross Associates; 3:33, Washington Street, parking citation; 4:27, Oak Ridge, Drive, parking citation; 7:50, Pleasant Street, burglar alarm; 9:54, Patricia Drive, general services.

P.M. 1:19, Jonathan Drive, burglar alarm; 1:31, Forest Street, attempted to serve paperwork; 2:12, Main Street, vehicle accident.

Arrests:

Tuesday, Jan. 9: Zeli Caberlon, 47, charged with speeding and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Friday, Jan. 12: Alexis Nunez, 33, of Ayer. Charged with OUI liquor; Nichole Blanchflower, 24, of Lancaster. Charged with OUI liquor.

Saturday, Jan. 13: Nicholas Oldenquist, 19, of Ayer. Warrant arrest for failure to pay fines.

Sunday, Jan. 14: Julie Devito, 27, of Lunenburg. Charged with OUI liquor and a lane violation.
