Christian J. Delgado: Assault and battery; continued to Feb. 16 for motions and March 6 for trial.
Dunstable
Douglas J. Palmisano: Operating under the influence, failure to drive in right lane; continued without a finding for one year of probation with a $65 per month probation fee, charged $600 in fines and fees, 45-day loss of license, must attend and complete the 24D driver alcohol program and the Brains at Risk program.
Shirley
James E. Colantonio: Assault and battery; continued to March 16 for bench trial.
Michael J. Mercier: Breaking and entering during the nighttime for a felony, intimidating a witness, wanton destruction of property over $250, assault and battery; continued to March 5 for trial.
Townsend
Heather H. Stringer: Disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, criminal harassment; continued to March 7 for further pretrial hearing.
