Ayer — Judge Michael Brooks presided over the Aug. 16 session of the Massachusetts District Court, Ayer Division with the disposition of the following Docket:

Arraignments

Shirley

Lorie Banks: Operating a motor vehicle with a registration suspended, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, continued until Sept. 20 for pretrial hearing.

Wemerson S. Wilkinson: Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, dismissed on payment of $50.

Pepperell

Petra B. Domine: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, dismissed on payment of $200.

Brian Healy: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, continued without a finding for three months of probation with a $21 per month probation fee, charged $350 in fees.

Conor F. McInerney: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed due to Registry of Motor Vehicles error; marked lanes violation filed as responsible.

Anne P. McPartlan: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, license not in possession, continued to Sept. 13 for pretrial hearing.

Louise E. Pinault: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, dismissed on payment of $100.

Robert L. Callahan: Leaving the scene of property damage, continued without a finding for six months of probation, charged a $50 victim witness fee, ordered to submit to random alcohol testing and to attend three AA meetings a week.

Mark A. Dana: Leaving the scene of property damage, continued without a finding for one year of probation with a $21 per month probation fee, charged a $50 victim witness fee.

Don E. Elkins: Larceny over $250 by a single scheme, public assistance fraud, continued to Oct. 27 for motions and Nov. 6 for trial.

Pepperell

James R. Brown: Operating under the influence, fourth offense, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, continued to Oct. 31 for trial.

Jarrod Scott Martin: Operating under the influence, failure to stop or yield, marked lanes violation, continued without a finding for one year of probation with a $65 per month probation fee, 45-day loss of license, must attend brains-at-risk program and driver alcohol program, charged $600 in fines.

Shirley

Aaron V. Delollis: Attempting to commit a crime, wanton destruction of property, damage over $250, continued to Oct. 3 for trial.

Raul Leon: Assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, continued to for motions and for trial.

Townsend

Donald P. Davidson: Assault and battery, continued without a finding for two years of probation with a $65 per month probation fee, charged a $50 victim witness fee, ordered to continue counseling, consume no alcohol or drugs with random testing for one year, ordered to comply with Department of Social Services service plan.

Brian K. Fox: Uninsured motor vehicle, number plate violation to conceal ID, unregistered motor vehicle, number plate violation, marked lanes violation, dismissed on payment of $535 in fines.

Michael Julian: Class D drug possession, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, marked lanes violation, continued without a finding for six months of probation with a $21 per month probation fee, charged a $50 victim witness fee and a $100 fine.

Robert L. Callahan: Probation violation hearing, operating under the influence, marked lanes violation, probation extended for six months with added conditions to consume no alcohol, must submit to an alcohol abuse evaluation and follow recommendations.

Andrew T. Kinniburgh: Restitution assessment hearing, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, malicious destruction of property under $250, ordered to pay $150 in restitution.

Robert S. Staples: Probation violation hearing, operating under the influence, fourth offense, uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, number plate violation to conceal ID, marked lanes violation, no inspection sticker, unregistered motor vehicle, continued to Sept. 28.

Rachel L. Waterhouse: Restitution assessment hearing, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, malicious destruction of property under $250, ordered to pay $150 in restitution.

Andrew B. Reynolds: Probation violation hearing, unlawful possession of fireworks, distributing a Class D drug, found in violation, ordered to enter drug court program, hearing continued to Aug. 17.

Pepperell

Justin C. Lorden-Murphy: Larceny over $250 by a single scheme, continued to Sept. 27 for probation review.

Shirley

Shaun W. Armstrong: Judge hearing, attempt to commit a crime, wanton destruction of property over $250, continued to Oct. 3.

Townsend

Joel Pierce: Default removal hearing, violating an abuse prevention order, two counts of assault and battery, resisting arrest, continued to Sept. 6.
