AYER — The Honorable Judge Peter J. Kilmartin presided over the June 7 session of the Massachusetts District Court, Ayer Division, with the disposition of the following docket:

Arraignments

Ayer

Mario Lima: Uninsured motor vehicle, number plate violation to conceal ID, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, continued to July 28 for pretrial hearing.

Groton

Bernard Bujnarowski: Class B drug possession, continued to July 12 for pretrial hearing.

Fomugwe C. Moma: Forgery or misuse of RMV document, dismissed on payment of $50 in court costs.

Pepperell

David R. Power: Negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, speeding, continued to Sept. 6 with probation, $21 per month probation fee, $50 victim witness fee and a $50 civil assessment.

Shirley

Raul Leon: Assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, hearing continued to July 12 for Habeas Corpus.

Pretrial hearings

Ayer

James Caron: Sex offender failure to register, continued to July 21 for motions and July 25 for trial.

Ronald A. Mansfield: Assault and battery, continued to Aug. 14 for trial, released under condition of entering a detox program.

Dunstable

Copeland M. Draper: Class D drug possession, person under 21 possessing alcohol, speeding, continued to July 21 for motions and July 25 for trial.

Groton

Stephen Leonard: Negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding in violation of a special regulation, continued to Aug. 7 for trial.

Pepperell

James R. Brown: Operating under the influence (fourth offense), possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, continued to June 12.

Michael Connors: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), continued to July 21 for motions and July 31 for trial.

Adam W. Nelson: Class D drug possession, person under 21 possessing liquor, speeding, continued to Aug. 4 for motions and Aug. 14 for trial.

James L. Strang: Operating under the influence, pleaded guilty, given probation until June 6, 2007, with a $65 per month probation fee, charged $600 in fines and fees, 45-day loss of license and ordered to attend a driver-alcohol program.

Shirley

David J. McHugh: Operating under the influence, marked lanes violation, continued without a finding until June 6, 2007, with probation, $65 per month probation fee, $600 in fines and fees, ordered to attend a driver-alcohol program.

Brian D. Perkins: Firearms violation with one prior violent or drug crime, continued to July 5 for probable cause hearing.

Townsend

John C. Bourn: Person under 21 possessing liquor, continued to July 12.

Ronald Charles Dumont: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), no inspection sticker, continued to Aug. 4 for motions and Aug. 14 for trial.

Paula Madeline Leo: Assault and battery, continued to July 14 for motions and July 24 for trial.

Robert McOsker: Four counts of assault and battery, continued to July 31 for trial.

Douglas M. Saari: Two counts of larceny over $250, continued to Aug. 4 for motions and Aug. 14 for trial.

Randal Troupe: Six counts of practicing as a public water system operator without a license, sentenced to three months in the house of corrections per count, to run consecutively, suspended with two years of probation upon the agreement to surrender the right to re-apply for a public water system operator permanently and to not engage in work that requires such a license, charged $10,000 in total fines.

Other hearings

Ayer

Nathan Hartwell: Probation hearing, possessing a class D drug to distribute, possessing a class D drug (subsequent offense), resisting arrest, probation continued to Aug. 2, 2007, with a $65 per month probation fee, must submit to random drug tests and consume no drugs or alcohol.

Townsend

Stephen Houston: Probation violation hearing, possessing a class B drug for distribution, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, continued to June 16 for probation violation conference.

Randall T. Maxwell: Probation violation hearing, operating under the influence, failure to drive in right lane, continued to July 5.
