David Lopez: Operating a motor vehicle after license suspension for OUI, failure to notify RMV of name or address change, number plate violation, hearing continued to May 17.

Ayer

Ricky C. Anderer: Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, hearing continued to May 17.

Eric R. Gallipeau: Miscellaneous municipal ordinance or bylaw violation, operating a motor vehicle under the influence (second offense), operating a motor vehicle after license suspension for OUI, motor vehicle lights violation, marked lanes violation, sentenced to two years in the house of corrections running after a separate one-year sentence, statutory two-year loss of license.

Quincy T. Singleton: Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding in violation of a special regulation, dismissed on payment of $50 in court costs.

Groton

Austin Castaldi: Operating a motor vehicle under the influence, class D drug possession, speeding in violation of a special regulation, continued without a finding, one year of probation with a $65 a month probation fee, charged $600 in fines, 210-day loss of license, ordered to attend a driver alcohol-education program.

Pepperell

James R. Brown: Operating a motor vehicle under the influence (fourth offense), possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, continued to June 7 for further pretrial hearing.

John J. Lavoie: Operating a motor vehicle under the influence, class D drug possession, marked lanes violation, motor vehicle lights violation, continued to July 14 for motions and July 17 for trial.

Townsend

Jason T. Binnall: Larceny of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), continued to June 16 for motions and June 20 for trial.

Donald P. Davidson: Assault and battery, hearing continued to June 31.

Michael Gomes: Class B drug possession, class D drug possession, unlawful possession of fireworks, continued to August 10, ordered to continue with therapy and stay on medication.

Andrew Zagwyn: Assault with a dangerous weapon, malicious destruction of property over $250, continued without a finding for one year, charged $50 victim witness fee, ordered to pay restitution, have an anger management evaluation, adhere to restraining order and stay away from victims.

Andrew Zagwyn: Violation of an abuse prevention order, continued to June 7 for motions and July 11 for trial.
