HARVARD — The Bromfield girls track team rolled to a sweep of a tri-meet against West Boylston and Sutton to improve their season record to 3-0. The Lady Trojans once again put both opponents away in the track events, capturing every running event from the 100 meters to the two mile, including a 1-2-3 finish in the 200 meters.
Hillary Lewis paced the wins with first-place finishes in the 100 meter high hurdles (17.7) and the shot put (27-0 3/4), and a second in the 300 meter intermediate hurdles.
Henley Siegrist and Lydia Maurer both enjoyed productive days. Siegrist won the 100 meters with a clocking of 13.8, and finished second in the long jump. Maurer captured the discus with a toss of 100-6, and added a third in the 200 meters.
Both relay teams struck gold for the Lady Trojans, the 4 X 100 team winning with a time of 53.8, and the 4 X 400 team blazing a 4:27.1.
Other first place finishes for the Lady Trojans included: Eliza Ives in the 2-mile (11:51.3, Emily Jones in the mile (5:18.8), Bo Dunn in the 400 meters (63.5), Mimi Narbonne in the 300 meter intermediate hurdles (51.3), Lisa Reedich in the 800 meters (2:26), and Katherine Finnegan in the 200 meters 29.1).
Earning second-place finishes for the Lady Trojans were: Taylor Cardosi in the 2 mile, Nikki Jordan in the 100 meters, Liz Lee in the mile, Maddie Darden in the 200 meters and Abby Alexander in the 400 meters.
