Arraignments

Ayer

Christopher G. Murphy: Unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, summons re-issued for May 17.

Jason L. Seel: Use of motor vehicle without authority, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, warrant issued.

Dunstable

Brock Demers: Class D drug possession, charged a $50 victim witness fee, six months of probation with a $21 a month probation fee.

Pepperell

Jennifer D. Woolfrey: Uninsured motor vehicle, number plate violation to conceal ID, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, unregistered motor vehicle, charged $300 in court costs.

Nicholas Thomann: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, motor vehicle lights violation, $50 victim witness fee, six months probation with a $21 a month probation fee.

Devens

Scott Spaulding: Six counts of indecent assault and battery on person 14 or over, continued to May 24 for pretrial hearing.

Groton

Charles J. Wright: Operating a motor vehicle under the influence (second offense), continued to May 10 for pretrial hearing.

Pepperell

Philip Patnaude: Operating a motor vehicle under the influence (third offense), marked lanes violation, continued to May 17 for pretrial hearing.

Shirley

Brandon Miller: Class D drug possession, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, charged $200 in fees, six months of probation with a $21 a month probation fee.

Santos Ochoa: Breaking and entering during the daytime for a felony, continued to May 8 for trial.

Townsend

Michael Ballos: Leaving the scene of property damage, use of motor vehicle without authority, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to stop for police, continued to June 19 for trial.

Julie Dee Uphold: Two counts of assault and battery, case dismissed.
