TOWNSEND — Several vehicles, all parked at houses on the corner of Edward and Todd roads, were vandalized in an egging incident over the weekend, according to Todd Road resident Jean Dinon.

Dinon said she found eggs splattered on her two vehicles early on Sunday morning. Later in the day she learned the other two houses, also on the corner of the two roads, were vandalized as well.

Dinon has been vocal in her objection to a house proposed on the corner of Edward and Todd roads, citing the property in question is too small for a house lot. The parcel abuts her property.

Dinon joked that whoever did the egging was perhaps not sure which corner house was hers, so they hit all three.

”It just seems funny it was all corner lots on these two streets that got egged,” Dinon said in a telephone interview.

Dinon said she did report the vandalism to the police.
