LITTLETON — Indian Hill Music and The Russian-American Music Association present a joyous evening of music of the Strauss family performed by the internationally-renowned piano duo of Roberto Metro and Elvira Foti on Friday, April 14, at 8 p.m. at Indian Hill Music, 36 King Street (Interstate 495, Exit 30), in Littleton, Mass. Italian natives Roberto Metro and Elvira Foti are a celebrated piano duo that performs around the world. They have made numerous recordings and also perform as soloists with many of the leading orchestras throughout Europe, Asia and South America. Among their U.S. appearances this month is a concert a Carnegie Hall. Their Indian Hill program will feature Mr. Metro’s sparkling four-hand transcriptions of the beloved waltzes, polkas and marches of Johann Strauss, both father and son, as well as Josef and Eduard Strauss: The Emperor Waltz, Roses from the South, Radetsky March, Thunder and Lightening Polka, the Blue Danube, and more.
