PEPPERELL — The weather outside was dreary, but inside the auditorium of the Nissitissit Middle School it was delightful.

Children and adults performed for an appreciative audience on Friday, April 7, in the Third Annual Community Talent Show sponsored by the Pepperell Woman’s Club.

The dance, music, junior singer and adult singer categories each had a winner who received a $50 prize, but everyone deserved to be winners. The winner in dance was Jillian Lundstrum, in music was Matthew Hattwick, in junior singer were Meghan Kelly and Shalee Callahan and adult singer was John Ritchie. Congratulations to all once again for a Job well done.

The judges certainly did not have an easy job making their decisions.

The Pepperell Business Community, as always, came through with donations to be raffled off in a Chinese auction. Our sincere thanks goes to Donelan’s, the White Hen Pantry, North Middlesex Savings Bank, the Bronze Bell, Hannaford’s, McNabb’s General Store and Charlotte’s Cozy Kitchen.

It has been a pleasure to do this for the third year, and we can’t wait for next year.

As with any organization, we depend on the support of our community in a lot of ways. As members of the club we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continuous smiles when we reach out for your help.
