Kirby Pierre-Louis: Two counts of malicious destruction of property over $250, ordered to stay away from the victim’s address, continued to May 19 for pretrial hearing.

Juanita I. Fisher: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, dismissed on payment of $100 in court costs.

Brian Michael Harkins: Intimidating a witness, assault and battery, continued to April 10 for trial.

Pepperell

Chena L. Graham: Operating a motor vehicle under the influence, marked lanes violation, charged $600 in fines, probation for one year, $65 a month probation fee, 45-day loss of license.

Shirley

Barry Bilapka: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, charged $675 in fines.

Brenda Ann Martines: Operating a motor vehicle under the influence second offense, child endangerment while operating under the influence, marked lanes violation, speeding, continued to June 9 for motions and June 13 for trial.

Thomas Underhill: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, state highway traffic violation, failure to dim headlights, charged $675 in fines.

Rhaenell M. Campbell: Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, continued to April 19 for further pretrial hearing.

Lisa Ann Murphy: Probation violation hearing, uttering false document, forgery of a check, attempt to commit a crime, continued to April 7.

Erin Coates: Probation violation hearing, three counts of forgery of a check, three counts of uttering a false check, three counts of larceny by check under $250, three counts of identity fraud, continued to April 18 for further probation violation hearing.
