HARVARD — Maureen O’Hagan, representing Trail Ridge developer Mark O’Hagan, of MOH and Associates, came before the Board of Selectmen on Monday seeking approval for signs directing people to the development, which is still under construction, on Old Littleton Road.

The colorful, 12- by 12-inch signs are identical to three signs already posted, said O’Hagan, who brought a sample to show the board.

Board of Selectmen member Lucy Wallace suggested approving signs to be placed on town-owned rights of way only, either free-standing or on existing town signposts.

The intent of the signs was to prevent people looking for Trail Ridge from getting lost, said Maureen O’Hagan. The signs would be posted while construction is ongoing.

In all, MOH wants to post five signs including the two additional signs, O’Hagan said. The board approved the request for a year. — M.E. Jones
