AYER — The Honorable Judge Michael Brooks presided over the Feb. 9 session of the Massachusetts District Court, Ayer Division with the disposition of the following docket:

Arraignments

Ayer

Gregory T. Graham: Uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, unregistered motor vehicle, charged $300 in fees.

Michael Hoke: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, speeding, charged $100 in court costs.

Dunstable

Samuel T. Beaubien: Uninsured motor vehicle, number plate violation, unregistered motor vehicle, charged $200 in court costs.

Pepperell

Christopher A. Downs: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, charged $100 in court costs and $50 victim witness fine, six months probation, $21 a month probation fee.

Pre-Trial Hearings

Ayer

James P. Cunha Jr.: Class B drug possession, continued to April 14 for motions and April 24 for trial.

Michael Hoke: Operating a motor vehicle under the influence, class D drug possession, $600 in fines, 210 day loss of license, one year of probation, $65 a month probation fee, ordered to attend a YSO or equivalent program.

Kevin W. Waterman: Uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, charged $50 victim witness fine, $500 in restitution, six months probation, $21 a month probation fee.

Groton

Billy Jo Lafrance: Uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, no inspection sticker, unregistered motor vehicle, charged $200 in court costs.

Katrina Lamy: Operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to signal, continued to March 24 for motions and April 3 for trial.

Thomas Rowlands: Operating a motor vehicle under the influence, class D drug possession, speeding, charged $600 in fines, one year of probation, $65 a month probation fee, 45 day loss of license, must attend an alcohol education program.

Gary C. Shirshac: Cruelty to an animal, continued to March 14 for jury trial.

Pepperell

John F. Barry: Class D drug possession, $50 victim witness fee, one year of probation, $65 a month probation fee, with orders to not use illegal drugs, submit to random drug screening and continue with counseling.

Charles B. Butler: Breaking and entering, larceny, larceny of a motor vehicle, destruction of property, continued to May 5 for motions and May 22 for trial.

Matthew W. Hall: Possession to distribute a class A drug, continued to March 8 for trial.

Joseph A. Devincentis: Assault and battery, continued to March 14 for trial.

Stephen C. Houston: Trespassing, 18 months of probation, $65 a month probation fee, ordered to stay away from site of trespassing.

Robert J. Lohnes: Violation of an abuse prevention order, motion to dismiss denied, continued to April 24 for trial.

Nicholas J. Osterman: Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, number plate violation, license not in possession, charged $70 in civil assessments.

Shirley

Jessica O’Clair: Leaving the scene of property damage, charged $50 victim witness fee, 40 hours of community service, six months of probation with fee waived, restitution hearing to be held March 15.

Townsend

Stephen C. Houston: Possession of a class A drug to distribute, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, ordered to have a drug evaluation and submit to random screenings, $50 victim witness fee, probation for 18 months running concurrent with probation from a separate offence.

Eric J Canales: Probation violation, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, sentenced to nine months in the house of corrections.

Pepperell

Renee Reddin: Probation violation, annoying phone calls, probation revoked, outstanding fees remitted.
