HARVARD — Sometime between Sunday night and early Monday morning, thieves entered the lot behind Toreku Inc., on Ayer Road. They took three pieces of equipment that totaled $3,300 after reportedly breaking through the chain that protects the lot.

Marks at the scene showed where the vehicles had been dragged away, said detective Jack Izzo.

The stolen items include three Little Wonder commercial-grade, walk-behind leaf blowers that were six-, eight- and 10-horsepower, respectively. The vehicles, all white, were manufactured in 2004 and 2005.

Two of the vehicles were rentals and one was new, according to Toreku owner Tony Shaw.

Also stolen was a red, 24-inch, eight-horsepower Snapper snow-blower.
