Matthew Reaves: Negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, continued until March 10 for motions and a mental health review, trial date set for March 20.

Dunstable

Jerod Quinn: Class D drug possession, unlawful possession of fireworks, unregistered motor vehicle, $50 victim witness fine, must not possess illegal drugs and must submit to random drug testing, probation fee of $21 a month.

Michael R. Sturtevant: Class D drug possession, $50 victim witness fine, probation fee of $21 a-month.

Groton

Elizabeth Judge: Assault, continued to April 24 for trial.

John F. Kelly: Violation of an abuse prevention order, two counts of threatening to commit a crime, continued to March 8 for pre-trail on the condition of not using drug or alcohol and submitting to random drug screenings.

Christopher Messick: Operating under the influence, possession of an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle, motor vehicle lights violation, six-month suspended sentence, $750 in fees, $50 victim witness fine, $250 head injury assessment fine, $50 victims of drunken driving fine, $65 a-month probation fee, to abstain from alcohol during probation.

Elijah D. Rodgers: Two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of threatening to commit a crime, continued to March 24 for motions, April 3 for trial.

Thomas Rowlands: Operating under the influence, class D drug possession, speeding, continued to Feb. 8.

Pepperell

Adam C. Coolong: Witness intimidation, two counts of assault and battery, continued to March 8 for pre-trial hearing.

Pablo JG. Ribeiro: Leaving the scene of property damage, ordered to pay $75 restitution, $125 in fines.

Townsend

Luis D. Hernandez: Indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or under, continued to Feb. 16 for motions and May 2 for trial.

Randall T. Maxwell: Operating under the influence, failure to drive in right lane, must attend a driver alcohol program, loss of drivers license for 45 days, $250 OUI fine, $250 head injury assessment fine, $50 victim witness fine, $50 victims of drunken driving fine.

Julie A. Sherwin: Shoplifting, $450 fine, $50 victim witness fine.
