GROTON — Town Clerk Onorina Maloney will be sponsoring an information and education seminar for local officials, committee members, candidates and residents. The forum will be held on Tuesday, April 4, at 7 p.m., in Town Hall Meeting Room Two.
Denis Kennedy, the director of public information from the Office of Campaign and Political Finance, will be there to field questions regarding campaign finance. Discussion will include information regarding municipal ballot questions, candidate expenditures, disclosure reports, receipts and filing, and when to file a Statement of Organization.
All elected officials and candidates are strongly urged to attend.
