LITTLETON — An American Red Cross Blood Drive will be held in Littleton on Thursday, Jan. 12. The drive will take place at Saint Anne’s Church Hall, 75 King St. from 1:30 to 7:30 p.m. The drive is open to anyone that is 17 or older, who is in good health, who weighs 110 pounds or more and who has not given blood in the last 56 days. Having an appointment is not mandatory, but will ensure the quickest possible process. Walk-in donors are also welcome.
Six-week health workshop
PEPPERELL — The Pepperell Senior Center will host a six-week program developed by Stanford University that will teach attendees how to better manage their illnesses, develop an exercise program, deal with frustration, manage symptoms and work with health care providers. The program begins on Jan. 23 at 1:30 p.m. and will consist of group discussion and participation.
