GROTON — Groton Area Newcomers and Friends (GANF) is hosting a monthly book club. The next discussion will be held Jan. 19, at 7:30 p.m., and will focus on “Time Traveler’s Wife” by Audrey Niffenegger.

Upcoming books include “The Jane Austen Book Club” by Karen Joy Fowler for February, “White Teeth” by Zadie Smith for March, “Prep” by Curtis Sittenfeld for April, “Shadow of the Wind” by Carlos Ruiz Zafon for May, and “A Few Things I’ve Noticed” by Madora Kibbe for June.
