1 nine inch pie crust, you can use the pre made for this.
2 large cans of pink salmon, drained. Take the small cartilage pieces out.
5 potatoes, cooked and mashed.
1 sweet onion, sautéed.
After you make the mashed potatoes, add the salmon and sautéed onion. Mix it all together and put the entire mixture into the bottom pie crust. Top with the second pie crust, and make slits for venting. Place the pie into a 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until top crust is golden brown. Cut as you would a dessert pie and serve with a salad.
