HARVARD — The Warner Free Lecture Trust is proud to present the Harvard Children’s Theatre in a performance titled “Of Hippos, Dragons and Snortsnoots.”

The performance will take place Sunday, Oct. 16, at 2 p.m., in the Cronin Auditorium at The Bromfield School.

“Of Hippos, Dragons and Snortsnoots” is a 90-minute series of vignettes, each featuring a silly creature whose bossy personality needs the charmed touch of childhood innocence. The tales all focus on what happens when unlikely heroes encounter uncooperative fairy tale beasts.

The program includes “Monster Mommy” and “The Mirror Man” written by Bromfield children’s author Jack Fellows as well as children’s theatre favorites like “Dooley and the Snortsnoot,” “Wiley and the Hairy Man,” “Mud Puddle” and many others.

The performance is suitable for children of all ages. So come one, come all and be ready for an afternoon of magic and excitement!

The performance is free to the public and the theatre is handicapped accessible.
