SHIRLEY -- The fourth- and fifth-graders of Shirley Girl Scout Troop 73497 are holding a clothing drive for Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry on the day of the Town Wide Yard Sale.
From 2-5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5 (or 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6 if it rains), bring your gently used or new fall and winter clothing to Center Town Hall located at the intersection of Parker and Horse Pond roads in Shirley.
The need is greatest for boys clothing sizes toddler to 14, and hats, gloves, mittens, scarves and coats for youth to adult. Have a few things you don't wear anymore? Bring 'em on down!
