PEPPERELL -- There will be a used bike sale, rain or shine, on Saturday, April 27, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Community Center, at 4 Hollis St.
Donate your bike today. Bikes stay local, cleaned and readied for new owners in Pepperell and surrounding towns.
Drop off anytime at 152 Heald St. or 12 Main St. or 78 Shirley St. Can't transport? We will pick up gently used bikes and ride-ons -- call 978-835-0133. Collections will also be held: at the town egg hunt, Sunday, March 23, by the skate park parking lot (look for signs); April 26 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the community center; the day of the sale, beginning at 7 a.m., at the Community Center.
So check your shed, garage and cellar for those forgotten, outgrown, gently used bikes (all sizes), scooters as well as ride-ons, trikes, bike racks and bike trailers.
The success of this sale depends on both the receiving donations as well as happy customers! All are invited to come to our 7th Used Bike Sale to find a great bike to enjoy on the Rail Trail, woods and in your neighborhood:
Over the past six sales we have "recycled" over 900 bikes with the community support in donations and purchases. All remaining bicycles will be donated to Worcester Earn A Bike.
