As part of the feasibility study for North Middlesex Regional High School, the district is reaching out to engage various stakeholders in the discussion of the educational specifications for the high school building project. The primary purpose for developing educational specifications is to provide an effective means of communication between the educational community and the design professionals. Developing educational specifications requires input from the community. Information and feedback needs to be gathered from individuals, groups and various community agencies within the member towns. The feedback and input provide a means by which the community, as well as those engaged in the process of gathering and assembling information, may learn of the proposed plans, provide input and generate questions.

The NMRSD Building Committee is seeking representation from the School Committee, NMRSD central office, NMRHS administration, department heads, staff, parents, residents of Ashby, Pepperell and Townsend, booster organizations, athletics, music, arts council, youth groups and sports, town officials and public safety personnel to be involved this process.

If you are interested in applying to be part of the "visioning" committee, please contact Superintendent Joan Landers at .

Please note that the first "visioning session" will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 5 at 5:30 p.m. at NMRHS.
