Cooperative Elder Services Inc. (CESI), an adult day health and memory care program located at 8 West Main St. in Groton, would like to thank the Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts and the Greater Lowell Community Foundation for their generous contributions.
The combined grant of $5,000 supports the Scholarship Program, which funds Adult Day Health and transportation services for low-income and frail elders from the Nashoba Valley and North Central areas.
CESI in Groton is open Monday through Friday and provides a light breakfast, full hot lunch and afternoon snack, daily nursing care, socialization with peers, meaningful activities, door-to-door transportation and family caregiver support.
The mission of CESI is to help elders stay in their communities by promoting health and enhancing their quality of life. To schedule a tour or find out more, contact Suzanne Roberts at 978-448-1400, ext. 2, or visit www.elderdayservices.com.
