The Harvard Lions Club would like to thank everyone who attended and supported our annual Fall Festival fundraiser this year; it was another great success only because of your continued support.
The real gratitude will come from those who we're able to help because of your generosity; e.g. the blind/visually impaired requiring special services, disabled children who require the use of trained assistance dogs, young adolescents with type I diabetes who will be able to attend camp, disabled combat veterans, families and seniors in desperate need of help, etc., etc.
That's what this event is all about, and everyone who supported it by attending, sponsoring or donating their time or equipment has helped to make a difference in the lives of these individuals and so many others.
We would like to extend a special thanks to Toreku Tractor & Equipment; Gregg MacKenzie, for lighting and power support; Carlson's Orchard's for cold storage facilities; Resin Distribution Inc. for stage and pallets; Harvard Fire Department for supporting the fireworks; Mitrano Trash Removal Service; all the local bands that contributed their time and talent; Harvard Hillside and Nashoba Publishing for their help in communicating the festival; and, last but not least, Bill and Nancy Hazel, for without their exceptional generosity allowing us to use their beautiful property this event could never happen.
