SHIRLEY --The Master Plan workshop set for next Wednesday, Feb. 22, has been postponed.
Planning Board Chairman Bill Oelfke said this week that due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, the Master Plan document the board aimed to roll out for discussion is not ready to be unveiled yet after all.
The new date for the public workshop is Wednesday, April 26 at 7 p.m., at Town Offices.
Oelfke has said he hopes people will attend so they can address issues they'd like to see changed. But it would be best to have read the Master Plan ahead of time. "Come prepared, we'll take notes," he said.
