You know there's big trouble in the world of Beyonce and Jay Z when someone starts removing Instagram photos.
A day after video leaked of Beyonce's sister Solange Knowles beating on Jay Z in an elevator, Solange added insult to injury by deleting dozens of photos of Beyonce from her Instagram account, according to the New York Daily News.
Violence is one thing, but Instagram? This is getting serious.
Jezebel points out that only one picture remains: A throw back shot of the sisters posing next to music video director Melina Matsoukas.
"You forgot to delete this," one commenter wrote.
The News reports that Solange hasn't spoken publicly since video surfaced Monday showing the 27-year-old singer punching and kicking Jay Z last week inside The Standard hotel elevator following the Met Gala after-party.
Apparently Solange has a reputation for being a hothead.
Not long before the elevator dust up, she was spotted screaming at her designer pal Rachel Roy during the May 5 Boom Boom Room party, according to Us Weekly, which also reports that it was bad enough that Beyonce "got in the middle of it."
"Solange has flipped her lid like that before," a source told the magazine. "She is genuinely a sweet and nice person, but she also keeps (expletive) real. She can take a small thing and it triggers her."
Real crazy, it sounds like.
"This is not the first time this has happened," the source said. "That's why Bey and Jay were so calm. They are used to this from Solange. It has definitely happened before."
After the elevator confrontation, the trio walked together to waiting cars, with Solange in front of the couple. She climbed into the first car while Jay Z hesitated. Beyonce got in with her sister while Mr. Z entered the other vehicle.
