The Ayer Sportsman's Club will hold a Sunday breakfast from Sept. 7 through Mother's Day 2015, 8-11 a.m.
The available menu includes French toast, pancakes, home fries and more, with free coffee and juice. The public is welcome to attend.
Proceeds will benefit children programs sponsored by the club, which is located at 255 Snake Hill Road in Ayer, 978-772-9748.

Friday, Sept. 19, from 11 a.m. to noon at the Senior Center, 18 Pond St., Ayer. No appointment is necessary.
Fridays, Sept. 5, 12, 19 and 26 at the Town Nurses office, 51 Cambridge St., Ayer, by appointment only.

Masons breakfast Sept. 7
The Ayer Masonic Association will hold its monthly fund raising breakfast Sunday, Sept. 7, at the Ayer Masonic Center, 11 Sculley Road, Ayer. Breakfast will be served from 7:30-10 a.m. Menu includes eggs cooked to order or pancakes with bacon or sausage, potatoes, toast, juice, and coffee.
CDBG public meeting Sept. 10
The Ayer Office of Community Development will hold its second Community Development Block Grant public participation meeting Sept. 10, at 7 p.m. at Ayer Town Hall, 1 Main St.
This meeting is to solicit public input about the activities that could be included in Ayer's upcoming 2015 CDBG funding application.
All townspeople from throughout Ayer are welcome and invited
