The PTO is now accepting membership forms and we hope you will rejoin us this year or join us for the first time.
Our organization brings parents, teachers, administrators, and community members together to share ideas, build friendships, and support both HES and Bromfield with educational and community-building opportunities and facilities that are not otherwise provided for by the school budget. Through our support we help to fund curriculum events such as Art Quest and Starlab, teacher appreciation events, Parent/Teacher conference scheduling, books for HES, HES Field Day, science awards and much more.
Also, membership provides you with the Student Directory -- a highly useful listing of school contacts as well as our incredibly supportive Business Partners!
Sign up via the web at https://sites.google.com/site/harvardpto/volunteer-dispatch and look for us at the HES Curriculum Nights and Bromfield Open House.

Need a Volunteer to Manage the Box Tops Program
The Box Top program is a terrific opportunity for schools to earn funds. The PTO needs a new chair to organize our participation and collection of box tops at the schools. If you are interested in helping to generate fun box top collection efforts for our students while raising funds for the schools, please contact Lisa Rosen at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The PTO would like to take this opportunity to thank Mark Morin for the many years that he so diligently and successfully managed this program.
Kindergarten picnic thank you
The PTO would like to thank Erin Baker for serving as this year's parent coordinator and Christine Reale for helping to organize the annual PTO-sponsored kindergarten picnic held just before the start of school. The kindergarten picnic provides families a casual, pleasant opportunity to meet other incoming families and their kindergarten teachers. The children enjoyed ice-pops, a sunny day and chatting with new friends. The PTO is pleased to bring these types of events to the school community.
