Bring your dads and granddads to the Family Meatloaf Dinner on Saturday, June 14, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the Pepperell Senior Center, 39 Nashua Road, Route 111. It's $8 for adults, $7 for seniors and $5 for children. Everyone is invited to join in on the delicious food and conversation, presented by the Friends of Pepperell Seniors.
The Pepperell Senior Center presents "The History of Revere Beach," with Bob Upton, a Revere Beach enthusiast, on Friday, June 20, at 10 a.m. after a 9:30 a.m. breakfast.
With the help of slides and colorful stories, Bob will take you down memory lane. Revere Beach, also know as "the People's Beach," is the oldest public beach in the U.S., known not only for its sand and surf but its amusements, roller rinks, food stands and ballrooms. You are in for a delightful and entertaining presentation.
The Pepperell Senior Center will take a trip to Revere Beach the very next day, Saturday, June 21, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. We will take in the sights of Revere Beach and then eat at the iconic Kelly's for lunch. The cost is $12, lunch not included.
Antique and Class Car Night
The Pepperell Senior Center is presenting its Antique and Classic Car Night on Wednesday, July 16, from 5-7 p.m. at the Pepperell Senior Center, 37 Nashua Road. The rain date will be Thursday, July 17.
Music from the 1950s and 1960s will be performed by "Back to the Garden.
