Singularity: The Unique Print: The Owen Smith Shuman Gallery is pleased to present an exhibit of monotypes and monoprints from printmakers Justin Campaniello, Catherine Kernan, and Jan Cadman Powell. The exhibit is on view in the gallery from June 6-August 1, 2014 and there will be a reception with the artists on Tuesday, June 24th from 6:30-8PM. This will be Deborah Santoro's last exhibit as curator for the GPL, and she will give a brief talk about the exhibit at 7 pm.

New Retirement Planning Strategies Seminar, Tues, June 17, 6:30-8 pm. Groton Council on Aging and the library present a free seminar by guest speakers George and Steve Pessotti. The program will be held in Sibley Hall on the 2nd floor of the library.

Last Day Llama Lounge, Thurs, June 19, 11:30 am - 3 pm. It's the last day of school and the first day of the YA Summer Reading Program. Sign up for the SRP, pick up some reading materials, enjoy playing games, use craft materials, and snack & relax with your friends. Grades 5-8.

Minecraft Club, Wed, June 25, 7-8:30 pm. Minecraft fans gather every month (including July and August) to play on the library's dedicated server. Grades 6-12.

Teen Improv Acting Class,* Thurs, June 26, 6:30-8:30 pm. Experienced actor & drama teacher Jape Payette will share games in the style of TV show "Who's Line Is It Anyway?" Grades 6-12.

Special Program for Grades 3-8: iRobot, Fri, June 27, 10:30-11:30 am. iRobot Corporation of Bedford will give a demonstration on robots. iRobot's fascinating research has expanded what robots are able to do. The program is part of the company's outreach program. Free.
