HARVARD -- The Bromfield School Music Department will be presenting its annual Winter Concerts on Thursday, Jan. 23, at 7 p.m. in Cronin Auditorium at The Bromfield School, 14 Massachusetts Ave.
A performance of Carl Orff's "Carmina Burana" will follow on Thursday, Jan. 30, at 7 p.m., also in Cronin Auditorium at Bromfield.
The concerts will feature a performance by every Bromfield Music Department ensemble.
On Thursday, Jan. 23, the Grade 6 Concert Band, the Grade 7 and 8 Symphonic Band, the Grade 6 Chorus, the Grades 6, 7 and 8 Select Chorus and the High School Jazz Ensemble will perform.
On Thursday, Jan. 30, the Grade 7 and 8 Mixed Chorus, the High School Concert Choir and the High School Wind Ensemble will perform along with faculty and community chorus members and soloists.
The general public is invited to both of these events, which are free.
The concerts will be conducted by Bromfield faculty members Rebecca Ufema and Thomas E. Reynolds, with Nikolaus Hunt as accompanist.
