At this Oneness Blessing event you will receive a transformative blessing preceded by a chakra meditation. Also known as Deeksha, a transformative blessing is a direct transfer of energy "which causes the heart to flower and the mind to quiet." This brings a shift in perception and the realization that the sense of separate self is an illusion bringing the experience of oneness.
Sunday, Nov. 3, 3-5 p.m.
Free. Donations greatly appreciated.
Grief is the sum of all our responses to a loss, not just our sadness. It is individual, understandable, unpredictable, overwhelming, and not bound by time. This workshop is an opportunity to give your grief time, space and expression. Please bring a journal of your choice for a journal-writing grief exercise.
All support groups are free and require pre-registration.
