Mindful Movement: Qi Gong and Tai Chi
Combining the vehicles of Tai Chi and Qi Gong, this practice incorporates balanced movement, breathing exercises, meditation and posture-strengthening.

Mind-Body Music Therapy
Learn about the power of music for relaxation and self-healing: Use music to create relaxation in the body, joy, uplifting energy in the home, grief processing, and meditation.

Journaling: A Self-help Tool For Coping With Cancer

Journaling is the most widely recommended tool by therapists and counselors to supplement therapy. In living with cancer or other health crisis, those who journal report having an enhanced understanding of themselves, are more in touch with their needs and are better able to cope.
Photography Can Be a Healing Art

Your camera can be a helpful companion on your healing journey. During this workshop, we will explore different ways that photography can lift your spirits and help you connect with the world and with others.
