Calling All Walkers for NRWA's Outdoor Wellness Walk: Come stretch your legs and explore the summer landscape along the Nashua River Rail Trail. Your guide will be Mary Marro, Nashua River Watershed Association environmental education director. Mary will lead NRWA's 60-minute Outdoor Wellness Walk on from 3-4 p.m.. The Rail Trail is flat and paved; the walk is open to all ages. No dogs, please. We'll meet at the Station Avenue kiosk on the Trail in Groton. Combining the vehicles of Tai Chi and Qi Gong this practice incorporates ancient healing art practices to promote living mindfully. This is done through movement, breathing exercises, meditation and posture strengthening.
